Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

The artisans, technicians, contractors, installers, consultants, engineers, and other service providers listed or advertised on this platform (“Service Providers”) are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or subcontractors of Wami Express.

Wami merely provides a digital marketplace and informational platform through which users may identify and contact Service Providers for independent engagement. Any agreement, negotiation, transaction, payment arrangement, project execution, or professional relationship entered into between a user and a Service Provider is solely between those parties.

Accordingly, Wami:

Does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, competence, licensing, availability, timeliness, professionalism, or suitability of any Service Provider or their services;

Does not supervise, direct, control, endorse, or manage the work performed by any Service Provider;

Is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, delays, defects, losses, damages, injuries, disputes, fraud, property damage, financial loss, death, or other liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the engagement of any Service Provider;

Makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the outcome or performance of any services rendered.

Users are strongly advised to independently conduct their own due diligence, including verification of qualifications, licensing, insurance, certifications, references, pricing, and contractual terms before engaging any Service Provider.

By using this platform and engaging any Service Provider, the user acknowledges and agrees that [Company Name] shall not be held liable under the laws of the Republic of Ghana or any other applicable jurisdiction for any claim, demand, action, damage, or loss arising from or related to such engagement.

Users further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wami, its directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from disputes or engagements between users and Service Providers.

The use of this platform constitutes full acceptance of this disclaimer and all applicable platform terms and conditions.
